Centered on texts drawn from the Requiem Mass, this video series of Lenten meditations draws on music, dance, poetry and the spoken word, brought to life by the diverse liturgical arts programs of Saint Peter's Church.

About this reflection

Julie Anne Miller is a songwriter, singer, and recording artist currently living in Nashville, Tennessee. Miller's 1993 album Orphans and Angels included a duet with Emmylou Harris on the song "All My Tears", which has become one of Miller's most popular songs.

The song was written after the death of Mark Heard, American record producer and folk rock singer/songwriter, who died from complications of a heart attack while performing on stage at the Cornerstone Festival, near Chicago.
Nancy Lindeberg, Pat Almonrode and Tracy Christensen of Saint Peter's Merciless Band perform near three hanging pillars entitled Trinity (1977), a sculpture by Louise Nevelson in the Erol Beker Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Saint Peter’s Church.
