Saint Peter’s Church supports young adults seeking to balance family, friends, faith and futures while living in New York City, and is committed to fostering engaged leaders.
People in their 20s and 30s join people of all ages in participating in the mission and ministry of Saint Peter’s Church, as well as take on a variety of leadership roles within the community. The entire pastoral staff is attentive to the opportunities and experiences, along with challenges and confusion, young adults face in the early years of professional careers, relationships, and family or single life.
Young adults in (or around) their 20s and 30s frequently come together at Saint Peter’s Church for mutual encouragement and conversation, and for social events, faith formation or service projects. This peer-led initiative connects young adults to one another and to the wider community.
There is no need to be a member of Saint Peter’s Church to participate. Whether the conversation is about faith or career, friends or family, relationship or futures, 20s&30s@saintpeters gatherings are intended as supportive and constructive spaces where all are welcome.
