Meditation can lower our stress levels, help us connect better, improve our focus, and guide us to be kinder to ourselves. Mary Rothfusz, MA, is a mindfulness meditation teacher who believes that each day is an opportunity to welcome the present, follow your passions, and embrace your struggles. She will lead meditation based in scripture and the current 'feel' of the day. No experience necessary
