We gather at the start of the day for time together in prayer, following a simple bilingual patterns of Morning Prayer.
When an area of our life is out of balance, we can fall into depression, fear, and anxiety. Claudia will lead us in exploring a variety of practices for self-healing, such as intentional breathing, to strengthen inner peace and improve our quality of life.
This is a basic English class for beginners. We'll introduce basic concepts of English including vocabulary and common expressions from everyday life, as well as how to form simple constructions and sentences.
This Bible Study looks at the appointed Sunday lectionary texts. No advance preparation needed. Just bring your Bible.
We're no Siskel and Ebert but let's watch and a movie and talk about it! You don't have to be a cinefile to enjoy a good flick. Each month we'll watch a movie (of varying genres) then discuss everything from the opening credits to the nuances of the characters.
